This guide is specifically curated local for church faith formation staff that may not have the background in children's/youth ministries, the Bible, and/or the theology of the United Church of Christ, to become knowledgeable about and equipped for leadership in the many facets of faith-forming ministries in the United Church of Christ.

Alongside a mentor, one may use this Plan as a template for designing a program of study that meets their specific needs and the needs of their congregation.
